My camera is dead! Only 10880 releases after the last repair a few years back – the shutter was replaced back then – the shutter is again giving me trouble. The camera just goes dead with the infamous “Error 99″, and looking at the shutter (see picture) I’d say the shutter has some kind of mechanical problem. Unfortunately, shutterstock is not exactly making me rich at the moment, so the 5D is still far away. I’ll just have to try to repair it myself.
